We want to help you to obtain the lowest possible price for your diamond, so here we explore the ways to do that, and your responsibilities and guarantee of satisfaction. Our policies are founded on the premise of total customer satisfaction and generations of serving our customer's needs. Please review these policies, and contact us with any questions. Serving diamond customers since 1948, our experience and resources keep you safe. Many internet vendors have no showroom, inventory or resources, leveraging someone else's listings. We want you to know there is a distinct difference between dealers, just like diamonds, and we invite you to join the list of our satisfied customers. 

Wire Transfer/Cash Customers 
We offer a "Discount Price" for wire transfer or "cash" transactions due to lower processing fees. Debit Cards do not qualify for a "cash" discount due to their associated bank processing fees. Call for our Banking Info, or request it emailed to you, and you will have everything you need to send a wire from your bank. Yes, checks do qualify for the discount, but we do not ship until the check clears. No diamond ever ships unsecured, for any reason, but once fully funded your dream diamond can ship to the location of your choice. We offer you a 7 day approval period, no questions asked. We encourage you to seek the services of an experienced local gemologist to "match the diamond against the certificate" and verify the value. You will be very impressed! 

Credit Card Orders and Debit Cards 
We offer you the option of using your credit card to make your diamond order a breeze. All debit/credit card orders must ship only to the billing address listed for that card, without exception. We can ship in a very non-descript way to keep your secret but cannot ship to alternative locations due to our responsibilities as described in merchant service agreements and requirements. You may also use PayPal as well if you wish, our objective is to make it a breeze to buy that dream diamond safely. We've been in business since 1948 and many of our customers are second and third generation. The fact is that our clients satisfaction has been our focus for nearly sixty years, and our name is on the building because of it. 

Your Shipping Options 
While described above this deserves a second mention. Shipping and insurance charges are very low, and value based. Diamonds are always shipped "Insured and Express". We enjoy an industry insurance and shipping arrangement for the lowest cost and highest possible customer satisfaction based on "zero risk". We'd also love to see you visit our main downtown location and jewelry showroom, where you can see both custom creations and classic beauties on display. Shipping costs are value based, and non-refundable. 

Returns and Refunds 
We offer a money back guarantee. If, for any reason, the diamond you ordered does not completely meet your expectations we will refund your funds less the agreed upon shipping/insure costs. The only thing you are responsible for is the cost of transportation and insurance. Sending a diamond back, we suggest your best option is via the US Post Office's registered insured mail for many reasons. We will provide you with the return address.
